I have recently needed to contact customer service and wanted to say how pleased I was with Maxime (level two). He was very patient with the setup of a new service that we were setting up for my mother using a modem that I bought online which was giving us problems. Maxime even sent me a modem from Ebox at no cost in case we were unable to make the one I bought work. On an unrelated note, I also needed to contact technical support and talked with Solano. Once again I never felt that I was being rushed and Solano walked me through the whole testing process with comprehensible explanations along the way. Thanks again to Maxime and to Solano!
